We also collaborate with Columbia Green Dialysis Center, who own and operate an outpatient dialysis clinic on the same campus. Greene Meadows was built in 1975 right here in Catskill, NY — which means we’re officially celebrating 50 amazing years of serving our community!

To mark this milestone, we raffled off a 75" TV to one lucky staff member… and we’re excited to announce our winner:
