In collaboration with the Mental Health Association of Columbia Greene and in partnership with our sister mediation center - Common Ground Dispute Resolution - of Columbia and Greene counties, MCDC delivered a 4-day training in Restorative Practices and Circle Keeping to a large group of AmeriCorps members, school and peer advocates, staff from the Greene County Youth Department, MHA Clubhouse Youth Peer Leaders, Managers and Staff. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring together multiple stakeholders that bridge myriad mental health and youth services in the community. Special thanks to Kai Hillman, Director of Youth Clubhouse of Columbia-Greene Counties for his vision and support for this work.
