If your child is in 6th grade, 10th grade or a client of public health and due for immunizations, consent paperwork was mailed to your home yesterday. Our public health team will be at the school on March 10th to administer vaccines. Please complete and return the forms as soon as possible.

The measles vaccine is very effective, but a small number of vaccinated people can still get measles. However, even when this happens, those who are vaccinated usually have milder illness, are less likely to be hospitalized, and are less contagious. Vaccination keeps you and your community safe, including babies and people who can’t get the vaccine.
