Very happy to introduce Medina Tan APRN, FNP-BC! Medina is part of our Las Vegas family!

Medina Tan, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in mobile primary care and palliative services in the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. She has a strong background in home health and geriatric care, with experience in managing chronic conditions and leading clinical teams. Medina is passionate about improving access to patient-centered care for underserved populations.
She holds a BSN and is board-certified as an FNP. She is a member of the AANP and ANA and plans to pursue wound care certification.
She is inspired by Greenwell Health’s mission to expand access to high-quality, patient-centered care through mobile healthcare services and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Excited to introduce April Kice APRN, FNP-BC! April is one of our dynamic Las Vegas Providers 🌺🌸

April is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience and 12 years in advanced practice, specializing in comprehensive chronic condition management for geriatric patients in the home setting. She has primarily practiced in Las Vegas, Nevada, working closely with assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and memory care facilities, and also spent several years in Albuquerque, New Mexico, providing similar services to medically complex older adults.
She has a diverse clinical background that began in the United States Army, April has worked in ICU, PACU, medical-surgical units, and her favorite environment, the ER/Trauma department. A graduate of Wright State University, she combines strong clinical expertise with a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She is passionate about caring for individuals in their homes, where she can tailor care to their personal needs, honor their preferences, and support those who have difficulty leaving their homes.
Outside of her professional life, April enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness, and her favorite color, blue.

Please help us welcome Ashley Bousquet APRN, to our Northern Nevada branch! Ashley will be serving Washoe County and surrounding areas! GreenWell is growing quickly in Nevada so we are looking forward to the extra help! Ashley comes from the Home Health industry so she has a great understanding about how to support our patents with charisma, compassion & humility! What a great turnout for our Inservice today! Literally the Dream Team arrived to help support Jennie Mercer, Senior Account Executive, in her effort to provide a thorough and informative Blood Pressure clinic for a group of charismatic seniors at Mountain Lake Estates.

Dr. Karwal took the stage & did a phenomenal job explaining the risks of not managing high blood pressure. Dr. Karwal is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician, a good friend of Traci’s & the Associate Medical Director of GreenWell Health. The residents loved him! Dr. Karwal is a true gem!

Our Medical Director, Traci Mancuso APRN and our Provider Manager, April Washinowski APRN also graced us with their presence today! And the wonderful Katrina Fogel PA-C and Christine Obregon DNP, APRN. I was not kidding when I said the Dream Team from GreenWell Health stopped by to support this effort! A BIG thank you to Jennie Mercer for setting up this Inservice and thank you to GreenWell’s finest physician & practitioners for also supporting this community outreach! There was definitely a wealth of knowledge in that room today! 💥💥💥

Brittany is a hard worker with a heart to serve! She’s filled with empathy and accepts her team in with open arms. Brittany is always there to listen. Brittany leads by example and is no-drama! She has created a much needed back-office culture that is positive & caring. Brittany always takes the high road. Where other’s have failed in this role, Brittany has excelled!
