We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate and team-oriented candidates to fill an immediate need. We provide care for the elderly in the privacy of their own homes. Our customers expect honest, reliable, compassionate, caring men and women to assist them. Candidates who are self motivated, reliable, honest and caring are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include assisting with medication management: filling and delivering pill boxes, ordering prescription refills and other over the counter medications. Accurately dispense medications and electronic documentation is required. No hands on care. Training will be provided as needed.
Requirements:
Proof a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN is required.
Must be 18 years of age or older. �Reliable - Personal Transportation�Valid AZ driver’s license and proof of insurance
Authorization for background check and drug screening test
Negative TB Test (within the past year).
Knowledge and experience of caring for the elderly with memory impairment is a plus.� Current CPR/BLS certification is a plus.
Regular hours are not guaranteed - this is a part time, as needed position with the potential for full time hours after 90 days of employment and a satisfactory or better 90 day evaluation.
Pay is $15 - $30/hour depending on service needed and experience.
