Everyone is looking for happiness. Where is lasting happiness found? Through Mantra Kirtan Meditation we can be truly happy.

Everyone in this world is looking for happiness. Nobody is making an effort to be unhappy. All the things that we do are methods to try to become happy. In reality, what we experience is actually passing sensual pleasure or some kind of gain, feeling that "I've gained something," but not a lasting happiness which is fully satisfying.

So how can we become truly happy?

Good morning and Namaste 🙏
Are you feeling today like you have to “pull yourself up” and “do everything yourself”? This mindset is quite prevalent. Sadly, it’s not a sustainable approach. We require connections. We need to cultivate deep strength and endurance. Understanding that we are need help. We can experience unconditional love, acceptance, and nourishment. Without expectation.
How can we tap into this? Through the practice of Mantra Kirtan Meditation. When you begin to notice the above feelings, pause, take a breath, and say out loud one or more Names of God. Reconnect with God and observe how this inner strength emerges. This love arises from deep within ourselves.

Lord Caitanya taught that the holy name of the Lord is the sound incarnation of the Lord and that since the Lord is the absolute whole, there is no difference between His holy name and His transcendental form. Thus, by chanting the holy name of the Lord one can directly associate with the Supreme Lord by sound vibration.
