patients--people struggling to survive the after-effects of having had Covid. I work with the following: adults, older adolescents and relationships. Many adults come seeking help with anxiety and residual symptoms related to Covid-19, fears about performance in sports, work or fears for their future, pain, smoking addiction, physical problems of all kinds, depression, PTSD, grief, anger, hurt, and sadness. Hypnotherapy is especially helpful for all of the above-mentioned areas of concern and much more.
