A life changing wellness program that helps you to create your life, your way

Vision: To support people in their personal growth and wellness through unique courses offered as workshops, retreats, destination resorts, books, and on the internet. Mission: To facilitate the process that guides people to live authentically by accessing, honoring, and using their own inner wisdom and intuition. Live Authentically is a wellness course that is designed to help you to discover your inner potential and to gain insight into the big questions in life such as “Who am I? What’s stopping me?” and “How can I create the life I want?” Creativity in the classroom is inspired by using humor, games, collage, journaling, and more as we explore topics that include communication, personality, values, strengths, time, stress, money, life purpose, and goals. You will complete the course with a new awareness of who you are, intention statements of what you intend to do and be, and an action plan designed to implement your new vision of yourself. The program will be set up with guidelines that encourage personal growth and wellness in a safe and confidential environment.

• Offered in a group setting as a 30 hour course in the following increments: 3 hours once per week, 3 weekends, or as a full 30 hour week

• Offered as a private session for 10 hours as scheduled with participant

Build skills, build confidence, build your career in the tuition-FREE WorkReadyNH program. Upgrade your resume, practice mock interviews with area professionals, network, improve soft skills of communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, team building, and improve reading, math, and graphic literacy skills. Earn 2 certificates including a National Career Readiness Certificate. This is for NH residents of all ages 18+ , all education levels with all levels of work experience. Over 500 graduates say this class met or exceeded their expectations. Next class is March 11th-29th Monday- Friday from 9:00-3:00 at River Valley Community College in Lebanon. Dimes show up in my life often and in the strangest places. When I researched the meaning of dimes, I found that some believe that they are symbols of shiny new opportunities coming my way. Wonder what they are? Now I smile and say "thanks!" when I find one. This seems to be catchy as my friends and family have had dimes enter their lives too. FUN! May many dimes be with you too. Live authentically.

Facilitator Martha Mott of Cavendish has a passion for designing and teaching classes in personal growth and development and the inner workings of the human spirit and personality. She is a graduate of Union Institute and University majoring in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Psychology, is a student of the Fearless Living program and Positive Psychology, is trained in Health Realization, Reiki, and “The Journey” Rites of Passage program. An enthusiastic and creative teacher, she will entice you to find your inner fire and bring it out into the world to share it with others.
