We don’t just love our patients and the residents in the facilities, but we also love the staff at every facility, hospital or place of business that we partner with. We truly believe in building long lasting relationships, that turn into friendships.

We are so sorry for the loss of Tiffany Lee. She was a bright light and was always smiling. I know she will be greatly missed by many in Sumter.

Many prayers and thoughts for all 🙏🫶

It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our Director of Assisted Living, Tiffany.

Though her time with us was far too short, Tiffany made a lasting impact on the Covenant community. She came to us highly recommended from another assisted living community because of her exceptional work ethic, leadership, and heart for senior care, and from the very beginning, it was clear we were fortunate to have her. We knew we had to have her as part of Covenant Place.

Tiffany led with compassion, warmth, and a genuine love for the residents and team she served. Her presence was felt in quiet moments of care, in the relationships she built, and in the way she showed up every day with her whole heart.

To our residents and families: Tiffany cared deeply for you. She believed in dignity, connection, and creating a place that truly felt like home. Her dedication to your loved ones was sincere and unwavering.

To our team: Tiffany was not only a leader, but a teammate, a supporter, and a light. She inspired those around her with her kindness, her quiet strength, and her commitment to doing what was right, even when it was hard.

We extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. As we grieve together, we will honor her memory by continuing the work she cared so deeply about, supporting one another and caring for our residents with the same compassion she exemplified.

She will always be a part of Covenant Place, and she will be deeply missed.

As we reflect on this past year, our hearts are filled with gratitude. We want to sincerely thank our community partners for your unwavering support and collaboration—your commitment allows us to continue providing compassionate, high-quality care to those we serve.

We are also deeply thankful to the families who entrusted Pathway Hospice with their loved ones during some of life’s most tender and sacred moments. It is truly an honor to walk alongside you, offering comfort, dignity, and peace.

We believe every life has purpose and every moment matters, and we are grateful to serve guided by faith, compassion, and love. As Scripture reminds us, “Let all that you do be done in love” (1 Corinthians 16:14).

Thank you for being part of our Pathway family. We look forward with hope and anticipation to continuing this mission together in 2026. 💙💚

✨ Thank You & Merry Christmas ✨

This holiday season, our hearts are full. Because of the incredible generosity of our community, seniors who may otherwise have been alone were reminded that they are seen, loved, and remembered.

Through our Adopt-A-Senior initiative, sponsored by Pathway Hospice, gifts were delivered along with smiles, joy, and compassion—and that is what the season is truly about.

To everyone who donated, shopped, wrapped, and gave from the heart: thank you. You helped bring comfort and Christmas cheer to those who needed it most.

🎅 Santa Visits, Smiles, and Sweet Moments 🎅

Last week, Santa stopped by and brought more than just gifts—he brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Seeing smiles light up the room and staff share in the magic of the season reminded us why we do what we do.

It’s always great seeing all of our favorite senior workers in the same room. For those that couldn’t make it, you were missed. But we know also know how busy this time of year is.

A lot of people have heard the word hospice, but not everyone knows the role of those behind the scenes helping families find the care, support, and comfort they deserve. 💛

As Hospice Liaisons, we are the bridge between families, care teams, physicians, facilities, and resources. We walk beside patients and their loved ones during one of the most vulnerable chapters of life — offering clarity, compassion, and answers when things feel overwhelming.

We show up…
📍 In homes
📍 At hospitals and nursing facilities
📍 At community events
📍 And wherever we’re needed

We advocate, educate, listen, and support.
We help families understand options and make decisions with dignity, peace, and confidence.
And most importantly — we help ensure no one walks this journey alone.

Because every conversation matters.
Every hug reminds us why we show up.
Every family teaches us something powerful about love, life, and legacy.

Hospice isn’t about giving up — it’s about giving comfort, dignity, and meaningful moments.
