We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Office Manager to join our growing in-home care team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities include:
• Managing daily office operations
• Scheduling caregivers and coordinating client services
• Answering phones and assisting clients and staff
• Maintaining client and employee records
• Assisting with administrative tasks and documentation
• Must be willing and able to fill in as a caregiver/aide when needed

Qualifications:
• Must be computer savvy and comfortable with office software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in healthcare or home care preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to multitask
