Welcome to Anew Healing! The heart is at the center of all that we do. As a client you will be heard, seen and cared for in a loving and nurturing way.

We offer many modalities including Acupuncture & Chinese medicine and energy work. Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is a wonderful medicine that has been around for 5,000 years. We also offer other Holistic and Alternative therapies.

Most women can find one or all of these blocks that they identify with. I know I did and sometimes still do as I work to create new neural pathways in my SOMA.

SOMA is the integrated embodiment of our ENTIRE being.

Why does it matter?

Because it’s the organic unfolding of a persons body.
An organic unfolding is more natural and can leave new imprints within those neural pathways. As women we were taught to orient outside of ourselves but not within. I’m so ready to change that story. Are you?

The Sensitivity cycle comes from the Hakomi Method of Somatic Psychotherapy. The belief is that every natural process, every experience, follows a cycle. There is a beginning, middle, end and pause before another new beginning.

The Sensitivity cycle brings in aspects of nourishment, satisfaction and relaxation which are less common to completing a change or for most. However, the importance of this cycle is that it honors all aspects, seasons and cycles of our SOMA (our body), making it less likely for us to disassociate from our bodies and or by avoiding habitual patterning of getting stuck within the cycle.

Thank you to all my followers, friends, family and clients for supporting me and my gifts over the years!! Thank you for all your encouragement and engagement. It means a lot!

My heart is full of gratitude for being able to have the freedom to do the work that fills my heart with joy and is unique to me. But I couldn’t do it without you receiving it. So thank you!

Grateful for what has always been here, just enjoying and feeling into the expansiveness of being able to receive and feel its growth every year. 🙏🏽❤️

This is a BIG one for a lot of people. For many different reasons of which I explain in my video. But it’s so necessary.

In Asian countries that elderly are very respected. In the U.S. not so much! There are many countries around the world where the elderly continue living within the family structure. There is no separation. And just in this act alone there is an honoring.

Reiki Level II class still open for registration closes in a couple days 11/12/25. Two ways to enroll available in my bio. Class is 11/22 and 11/23.

Yes I am a tree hugger! If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend it! It’s one way I show love to the beautiful GAIA, Mother Earth. It’s a living, breathing reflection of our cyclical nature and deserves the same respect we show ourselves. Plus if you ever feel heaviness, try hugging a tree. It can transmute all of that energy.

Being kind to ALL living things can be a challenge sometimes. Whether it be a person, an insect, an animal, etc. we do have choice to respond in a kind way. And we can practice being kind just for today! I still struggle with being kind to things like mosquitos, roaches, wasps. I often react rather than respond because it’s engrained in me. So I have to work real hard at my belief systems around these creatures.

And the other place I struggle to respond and not always react is with loved ones that may say something triggering or harsh. I try to remember that I don’t have to match their energy or give them the pleasure of a reaction. But I am human! And sometimes it gets the best of me.

Did you know that some phobias are embedded in our psyche by just being human? Humans have experienced living in all kinds of environments with real threats throughout time and therefore we can inherit the same response to something that is really not that threatening. It just takes continuous conscious awareness. Which is one of the hardest things for humans to develop. There must be a desire.

So just for today, as I lay on my hammock and look up at a wasp nest forming I will go do my research to see the kindest way to get rid of them without harming them. 🫣
