Thank you to all my followers, friends, family and clients for supporting me and my gifts over the years!! Thank you for all your encouragement and engagement. It means a lot!

My heart is full of gratitude for being able to have the freedom to do the work that fills my heart with joy and is unique to me. But I couldn’t do it without you receiving it. So thank you!

Grateful for what has always been here, just enjoying and feeling into the expansiveness of being able to receive and feel its growth every year. 🙏🏽❤️

This is a BIG one for a lot of people. For many different reasons of which I explain in my video. But it’s so necessary.

In Asian countries that elderly are very respected. In the U.S. not so much! There are many countries around the world where the elderly continue living within the family structure. There is no separation. And just in this act alone there is an honoring.

Yes I am a tree hugger! If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend it! It’s one way I show love to the beautiful GAIA, Mother Earth. It’s a living, breathing reflection of our cyclical nature and deserves the same respect we show ourselves. Plus if you ever feel heaviness, try hugging a tree. It can transmute all of that energy.

Being kind to ALL living things can be a challenge sometimes. Whether it be a person, an insect, an animal, etc. we do have choice to respond in a kind way. And we can practice being kind just for today! I still struggle with being kind to things like mosquitos, roaches, wasps. I often react rather than respond because it’s engrained in me. So I have to work real hard at my belief systems around these creatures.

And the other place I struggle to respond and not always react is with loved ones that may say something triggering or harsh. I try to remember that I don’t have to match their energy or give them the pleasure of a reaction. But I am human! And sometimes it gets the best of me.

Did you know that some phobias are embedded in our psyche by just being human? Humans have experienced living in all kinds of environments with real threats throughout time and therefore we can inherit the same response to something that is really not that threatening. It just takes continuous conscious awareness. Which is one of the hardest things for humans to develop. There must be a desire.

So just for today, as I lay on my hammock and look up at a wasp nest forming I will go do my research to see the kindest way to get rid of them without harming them. 🫣

I never know who is going to show up to learn with me. But it’s always aligned and the student is always ready.

I simply continue to hold the vision and intention and I choose to carry on the lineage of the work that has gently and powerfully changed me.

I am so proud of these beautiful humans committing to themselves and their self care.

We can play a role in the betterment of our world and the people in it. Every time I certify another person, it’s a ripple of love into the collective heart of the Universe.

Heyyyy! 🙋🏽‍♀️

I’m much more than an Energy worker, Chinese Medicine Practitiner and Entrepreneur….

In the past I have allowed that to define my very being. It’s too layered to get into right now. But I was just reminded in speaking with a friend when she was sharing how long it’s been she has been in her feminine and struggles to let herself surrender into it.

So many women, including me can relate!! When we talk about being in our masculine it’s because we have not been taught to, not had many examples of women in our lives as guides or example’s, we have had to be in our masculine, we HAVE NOT learned to receive OR ask for help (the superwoman syndrome 🥵).

One of the BIGGEST blessings of going through so much turmoil and challenge last year and deep into this year, is that I HAD to receive. I HAD to learn to start asking for help and not feel bad about it!! Read that again!!

The Community of people that held me down, supported me, poured life back into me and just cared and loved me unconditionally, IS what allowed me to fall into my feminine and surrender to the unknown, with the connection to the Infinite Source of Unconditional Love (my personal name for Spirit). Shout out to my community, my friends and family!!!! 🙌🏽💃🏽🤙🏽🗣️☄️ I’m so fu***ng grateful! 🙏🏽

Being connected to my feminine side, being able to surrender, go with the flow, to see my faults sooner and apologize quicker, to be softer, has literally helped ALL of me!!

Thank you to all of you (you know who you are and too many to list) for coming through for me this year in such a powerful, necessary and meaningful way!

It’s natural for us to be feminine if we are! Receiving and asking for help IS necessary for us to be in this frequency.
