Pullups are a fantastic upperbody workout...They can be full-body if you are into calisthenics 🤐, but I prefer to be as static and mindful as I can. Thinking about your lats and pulling your elbows down instead of pulling your body up to the bar makes you really feel the contraction in your back.

Single arm tricep pushdowns once again done by Kevin! In these reps I had him do pushdowns how he normally does, then I told him to pull his shoulder back and down, which helps to isolate the tricep. Try it in your pushdowns, it can help build your 🧠-->💪 connection.

Working with Kevin on his benching form, lots of people do this wrong and can impinge the shoulder joint by doing so. Try to keep your shoulders back and down, elbows at about a 45 degree angle from your body, and engage your lats during the lift. 👍
