📢 Mental Health First Aid Training in 2026!

MCRHC is offering Mental Health First Aid courses — both virtual and in-person — to help people recognize and respond to mental health and substance-use issues in adults, youth, and teens. Training is free for residents and workplaces in several Central NY counties and reduced cost for others. These evidence-based sessions build confidence, reduce stigma, and strengthen early intervention skills across the community.

💙 Postpartum support is coming soon!

Beginning January 2026, Postpartum Doula services will be available to families in Chenango, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga counties.

Our doulas will provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support during the postpartum period—helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for during this important time.

❄ It truly is the most wonderful time of the year, so we hosted a holiday party to celebrate the most wonderful volunteers! The GOMadison Volunteer drivers keep the spirit of giving alive all year by providing transportation to over 400 essential medical appointments for Madison County seniors so far this year. They are definitely on the "NICE" list 🎅
