You never know when someone might need support. 💚

Mental Health First Aid gives you the tools to step in and help.

Through this training, you’ll learn how to:

• Start supportive, non-judgmental conversations
• Respond in both crisis and non-crisis situations
• Connect individuals to the help they need

Just like CPR helps in a physical emergency, Mental Health First Aid prepares you to support someone facing a mental health challenge.

Be the person who knows what to say—and what to do.

Electrolytes help your body actually use the water you drink, keeping everything in balance and running smoothly.

Sometimes, hydration is more than just water—it’s about balance.
