It means having a nurse visit you every week to ensure you're comfortable and have everything you need to maintain your quality of life, an aide for assistance with bathing, social work to look for additional resources and support from a chaplain and volunteers. This includes checking on your medications, equipment, and supplies, all of which are also covered at 100%.
Think of it as enhanced home health care—much more than just basic support.
