Kinetix Fitness Kinetix Fitness offers group excercise classes, a variety of cardio machines, a selection of free we Group classes are held Monday - Thursday at 6 p.m.

Kinetix Fitness has 15 machines that target specific muscle groups, a cable column machine, and a "Smith" squat/bench machine. Free weights include 3lb - 50lb dumbells, 20lb - 110lb barbells, and 2lb - 10lb medicine balls. Cardio equipment includes several ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, and a step machine. and Saturday at 9 a.m.
