Happy Receptionist Day!! 🎉🎊👏🏼Today is a day to say thanks for the front line women that make it so our office functions so well. They are there to answer all the phone calls, schedule patients and make our day flow, refill scripts, do prior authorizations, send referrals, and overall keep the Drs on track ALL AT THE SAME TIME! It can make for some crazy days! The best thing is we have the most patient and caring staff who generally want to make sure our patients are taken care of so they do it all with a smile!! We can’t thank our front office staff enough for all they do. But next time you see them or talk to them on the phone be sure to tell them thanks for everything. They make sure you and your kids get what they need. Whether that’s getting in to be seen or resolving your concerns by directing you to who you need to talk to. We are so lucky to have great ones! We appreciate them so much!
