Happy New Year!

I love the excitement a new year brings! I love the opportunities to create and balance and inspire! After the holidays it can be a little difficult to know which direction to go next. It seems like last year it was one thing after another and I think January is a wonderful time to focus, reflect and balance. ]

This is why I love what we do so much! bringing the nervous system back into balance with a variety of exceptional tools and services. We do so much more to help restore the body systems and are super proud of the tools we have available just for you!

Here is a short list of other services we have added just recently that we know you will love!

1. Sound Baths - Our dear friend Melanie brings her amazing sound bowls and drums to our salt cave and offers a beautiful Reiki energy healing session with the power of sound therapy. the dates for January are Fridays, January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. We will have registration up on our website very soon!

2. Salt Cave Sessions - We have had our beautiful salt cave for a few years but we love it as much as we did when we first had it built! If you are experiencing coughing, sinus congestion, or just want to meditate and breathe, halotherapy is the right choice!

3. Steam Sauna - This is so new we are still working on putting it in our services system! We were gifted a steam sauna and so far it is proving to be a wonderful addition to our spa! we have had some of our staff try it out and have reported back how soft their skin felt, and how relaxed their muscles and overall body felt

4. Harmonic Light Therapy - I have been using Light in your massage sessions for 11 years. I was the first to bring Light Therapy to Cedar City and our system is still the best around! We go beyond red light and utilize a full spectrum of light and with our immersive light therapy table we immerse your in one of our 99 settings to fine tune your session for your particular needs. We also offer our Oxygen bar as an add on to this amazing service

5. Ionic Footbaths - I have to admit I was skeptical about this one at first, but when I saw first hand the results I was sold! we not only have the best machine on the market, but we start our session with a vibration plate to get things moving and pair our sessions with harmonic Light Therapy for optimum results!

6. Touch for Health Workshops - I spent 4 years learning and doing a deep dive into the world of Energy Kinesiology and have been teaching this amazing modality for a year and a half! The wonderful part is that these workshops are for everyone! The results my students get from learning to balance their own energy systems using simple techniques involving Traditional Chinese Medicine points and acupuncture points is incredible to watch! Touch for Health was created by a Chiropractor and has been used all over the world for 50 years! 7. Massage Therapy Apprentice program - Yep you read that right! I am taking on 4 apprentices starting in April! I have a couple of spots left open so if you or someone you know would like to become a Massage Therapist, I have 14 years of continuing education experience I am excited to share!

Bringing it all together this December!

First off we want to give a big thank you to all of you who have brought in food donations. This time of year can be stressful for families and we appreciate our caring clients who have helped contribute. I think this has been our most successful food drive to date!

Once in a while I come across a Color Country friend we haven't seen since we moved locations, I just want to let you know we are loving our space we have now been in for 2 years and while we updated the name when we moved from our upstairs location we are still the same, just in a nicer spot to the north of Arctic Circle, facing main street with a walk out entrance! (yep, no stairs) If you haven't had a chance to see our new space, stop in and the staff would be happy to give you a tour!

Tips for Staying healthy this winter:
