I asked my angels for a sign and message this morning and they delivered this beautiful feather. The feather reminds me that we are never alone. Our guides and angels are always with us and our loved ones who have passed are also close by.

As you gather this holiday season, I encourage you to share stories and talk about your loved ones who have passed. Just imagine that they are sitting with you. Stories keep the memories alive and can provide healing.

I took this photo of the northern lights from my backyard tonight. What an amazing display of color and energy!

Because the sun released a bunch of energy (that was building up), we are able to see this beautiful aurora.

As I looked at the sky tonight, I was reminded that it's good to release stuff that is building up inside of us. When we do (in a non-destructive way), the results can be beautiful for ourselves and others.

Allow yourself to release your energy and shine as beautiful as the northern lights!

I went for a run this morning and asked my team for a message. The next song that came up was Always Love by Nada Surf. These lyrics stood out to me:

Always love
Hate will get you every time
Always love
Don't wait til the finish line

This was a great reminder that in all situations we can choose love - even during the most challenging times. It doesn’t mean that you let others walk over you. Instead, standing strong from a place of love gives you more strength.

Less fear, more love

Recently someone shared their grandma's recipe for chocolate cream pie on a FB reel. I love chocolate cream pie, so thought I would give it a try.

From the picture you might notice some "issues" around the edges of the crust. Well, I didn't cook the filling long enough and when I poured it into the crust it was way too runny. I chalk that up to "I have no idea what I was doing". :)

I did some research and got a plan together to salvage the pie. I added the runny mixture back on the stove, added some corn starch, milk, heated, and stirred. Success!

The pie doesn't look great, but it tastes really good. I'm happy with the outcome and know how to improve the next time I make the pie.

The angels want to remind us that we learn best by doing. Sometimes the outcome is runny, but we can learn, adjust, and move towards a positive direction.

Don't expect perfection when you first start doing something new. The angels encourage us to just start, have fun, and be open to the process.

Life is meant for doing and exploring. Here's your sign (and permission) to move forward on whatever it is you've been thinking about or putting off. You got this!
