Instead of resisting the difficulties or challenges in your life, see them as an opportunity for growth and learning. When you ask the universe for something, it may give it to you or it may give your opportunities from which to learn and then realize what you asked for (e.g. patience, strength).

Today I decided that it would be good for me to go outside for a short walk. So I did. It was just what I needed - some movement and to feel the sun on my face.

My angelic team often reminds me that mindset is more powerful than we realize. Don’t let a little cold get in your way of enjoying some sunshine! ☀️

I saw this sun dog this cold morning as I arrived at my office. It was a good reminder that even in the harshest conditions, one can find some beauty and awe.

One interesting thing about being a medium is you never know when spirit may show up for someone you are talking to. I’ve learned to not share this type of information with someone unless I’ve been given prior permission. Otherwise it could lead to someone not receiving the message in a healthy and loving way. Plus the location may not be appropriate. 🙂

Tonight I was once again presented with this situation. As much as I wanted to share that this person’s loved one was here with us, I didn’t. Instead, I told this person how good it was to see them and happy they were at this event. Their response was 10-15 minutes of conversation that was way more powerful in that moment than anything I could have shared. They just needed someone to listen and be allowed to share what was on their heart.

This was a great reminder that each of us can help each other in many ways, including allowing someone to talk and share stories. Don’t underestimate how powerful and healing it can be to genuinely ask how someone is doing and listen.

Today is my grandma's birthday. Even though she passed nearly 30 years ago, she continues to provide me with courage, guidance, and love. I share this with you as a reminder that even though we miss our loved ones who are no longer with us (in physical form), we can continue to have a relationship with them (in spirit).

As I shared in the blog post below, my grandma was the first soul to show up for me on my mediumship journey. She continues to be a great source of knowledge and support for me.

Talk to your loved ones. Sit and listen (with an open heart). I'm sure many of you have felt loved ones near you or "just know" they were with you. Believe. Spirit is with us.

April 1st marks 28 years since my grandma passed away. She was an important part of my life growing up. I was the oldest grandson in the family and she went out of her way to make me feel special. She made all of her grandchildren feel special.A few years ago while I was meditating, my grandma came....

I asked my angels for a sign and message this morning and they delivered this beautiful feather. The feather reminds me that we are never alone. Our guides and angels are always with us and our loved ones who have passed are also close by.

As you gather this holiday season, I encourage you to share stories and talk about your loved ones who have passed. Just imagine that they are sitting with you. Stories keep the memories alive and can provide healing.

I took this photo of the northern lights from my backyard tonight. What an amazing display of color and energy!

Because the sun released a bunch of energy (that was building up), we are able to see this beautiful aurora.

As I looked at the sky tonight, I was reminded that it's good to release stuff that is building up inside of us. When we do (in a non-destructive way), the results can be beautiful for ourselves and others.

Allow yourself to release your energy and shine as beautiful as the northern lights!
