A little over 5 years ago we received an email from Heather. She was interested in becoming a caregiver, something she had never done but was always curious about. Heather started with us 3 months after we opened. God knew we needed her! Heather has gone above and beyond from day one. She is always curious and excited to learn new things. Heather has stuck with us through the highs and lows of starting a new business and working in healthcare. Heather was promoted last year to Household coordinator, she mentors our cargivers everyday! Her ability to lead has had a far reaching impact on our Resident’s their families and her co-workers. Today we celebrate her 5 year anniversary with Oak Park Estates. Congratulations Heather!
