Join us for a rejuvenating spring refresh yoga and sound bath experience.

Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating Mellow Flow, led by Sam of Cota Studio, designed to open your body, release tension and explore movement throughout your entire system. We will work to create a balance between a calm mind and mobile body. We will follow with a
20-minute Yoga Nidra session designed to open your heart to the practice of loving-kindness. This guided meditation combines the power of relaxation techniques with heart-opening affirmations. Accompanying the flow will be Catherine of Wildheart Retreats & Events offering sound medicine. Absorb the healing frequencies from crystal singing bells & other instruments. Soak in the energy of love, peace and compassion.

Kid PLAYOGA is back in April! This session will be for the littles! Ages 5-8!

In this series, we will combine the worlds of yoga and theatre. Play, learn and breathe!

We will adjust Spring break week as needed! Please remember to pre register if you can as we look at numbers to make decisions! We need at least 3 signed up an hour before class or by 9PM for early morning class.

I found the schedule we had when we first opened the other day and it’s amazing how much we’ve grown! When we first opened we only had 2 night classes and 2 day time classes! 😮
