Not referring to the temperature, but think mild, medium, or hot - but instead of salsa, it's yoga 😉

We also have Martin's Hot Ashtanga Yoga detailed on the schedule. No more needing to be "in the know" to determine which class times to go to try something new, or more of the same. 💚

I am so thankful for our amazing community, including our incredible line up of instructors!

I loved teaching on Thanksgiving last year, but this year I knew I couldn't make it work. I sent out a "No pressure..." text out to the group chat and Lindsay quickly responded that she would love to spend the holiday morning with you all 🥰

We are so excited to announce that we are offering noon classes on Tuesday and Thursday in addition to our current offerings of Monday, Wednesday and Friday! 🥰

So, if you've been following along, all 4 of our new class times have now been announced! Beginning December 1st, we will have our new schedule in motion. ✨

So, what else is new? Class names! It's no secret to the New Dawn community that at our studio, Hot Vinyasa has a range of meanings 😅

We are looking at naming our Hot Vinyasa classes in a way that will give you a better hint at what each class entails. Tune in, more details coming 😉
