It's that time of year! As we embrace the change of the seasons, how is your gear holding up?? Is it ready to get you through another winter of hot yoga?

We are going to soon announce our new schedule for the winter months which will include a couple after-dinner friendly late evening classes (hello Warm Yin 🥰) - aka -think about purchasing your own personal bolster!

Is it time to upgrade your gear? We will place our Manduka order on Wednesday evening this week, so act fast! Please message us or comment below. You can go to manduka.com and send us the link(s) of what you'd like. It'll be at the studio by 11/12 for you to grab before your next class with us 🫶

We are inviting everyone to bring a friend or a boo who is *more than a friend* for free! Just sign up as normal on Glofox with any of our membership types - a drop in, a credit, or an unlimited membership. Then ask your boo to come along with you! Happy 8 Year Anniversary to my forever date 💖

Kyle is not only the most dedicated maintenance man at New Dawn 😉 - he shows up like clockwork for a 7-5, providing stability & security that allows me to lead a life of whimsy. Between leading classes, caring for the studio and creating joy at festivities with my other little business, , Kyle creates the space that makes it all possible.

I'm beyond grateful for the life we have built together & look forward to many more chapters 💚

You can catch us at Hot Yoga Sculpt tonight, flowing to some of the same songs we danced to at prom in 2013 😘✨
