FIT Cedar Falls FIT offers two 24hr locations in Cedar Falls. The mission of FIT is to inspire accountability and respect the diversity of all individuals. A FIT LIFE!

Our Fit university location offers child care, weekly fitness classes, state-of-the-art weight room equipment, vending, charging stations, infrared saunas, showers and lockers. We share the goal of fostering a mutual partnership through our actions, words and facility improvements to help our members achieve balance in health and wellness through our three core principles:

1. Accepting of all people
Our organization will be recognized first for our exceptional customer service through respecting all who choose to take their journey with us. Specifically, we always allow individuals to sign up for fitness classes, regardless of the point in time of a session. We will support the goals of all members by providing a wealth of assets, such as an interactive app and an intimate tour and explanation of gym resources.

2. Respecting the fitness journey
Health and wellness is a lifelong journey. This rings true regardless if one is a top athlete or a novice. It is this understanding that separates our organizationโ€™s methodology of capturing the attention and inspiring our clients. We recognize that one's fitness journey can take breaks, experience gaps or a prolonged period of inactiveness. We never condemn our clients, instead, we look for unique ways to improve their experience.

3. Making a difference through family
To be a family, we must orient ourselves, design our facilities and evolve to become a fluid and welcoming place for our members. At no time does our facility and programs feel unwelcome to members. Members with younger children will be provided a clean and safe childrenโ€™s area with a team of dedicated professionals who understand there is not a more precious responsibility bestowed on them than caring for a memberโ€™s child. Aging members will feel welcomed through the promotion of the importance of exercise and attainable goals. Our objective above all is to retain a family mentality that allows our clients to thrive in their journey during hardships. To get the best of our members, we must give the best of ourselves. We will continue to lead in our culture by helping all people live a better life.

This high-energy kickboxing mitts class is designed to build power, speed, coordination, and confidenceโ€”no experience required. ๐ŸฅŠ

Led by ๐‚๐จ๐š๐œ๐ก ๐“๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ฌ, a certified kickboxing instructor with 7 years of athletic coaching experience and a background in kickboxing, taekwondo, and Muay Thai, each class combines technique, conditioning, and controlled pad work for a full-body workout that keeps you moving and motivated.
