🎉 Celebrating a Special Birthday Tradition 🎉

Today, our team had the joy of celebrating one of our patient’s birthdays — a celebration filled with heart, memories, and a touch of Thanksgiving sweetness. 🧡🥧

She shared with us that every year, her mom would bake her a pumpkin pie for her birthday since it always fell so close to Thanksgiving. To honor that beautiful tradition, we carried it on and brought pumpkin pie to her party today.

Moments like these are at the heart of hospice care — listening, honoring, and celebrating the stories that make each person who they are. 🍂✨
