We currently are seeking 2 janitor technicians that are dependable and detailed-oriented to join our company. We are looking for janitor technicians to work 20 - 30 hours a week. We have 2 openings with start times between 4:30-5:00 pm. The janitor technician tasks will include cleaning offices, breakrooms, bathrooms, hallways, steps, and entry ways.
Responsibilities:
Ensure building is cleaned up by dusting, vacuuming and dry/wet mopping
Empty trash cans
Restock soap and paper products in bathrooms
Clean and Sanitize bathrooms
Complete special cleaning and upkeep requests
Complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Any Janitor experience is a plus but not required
Detailed orientated
Able to pass a background check
Willing to work evenings
Ability to work alone or with a team
Must be able to complete cleaning tasks listed above routinely with minimal supervision
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Strong Attendance is a must
Driver's License is a must
Reliable Transportation
