✨ 8 YEARS of TARA! ✨

Today we’re celebrating a HUGE milestone at Radiance Chiropractic—our incredible Office Manager, Tara, is celebrating 8 years with us! 💛

Tara has been part of Radiance from the very beginning. She started in 2018, right alongside Dr. Abby when Radiance Chiropractic first opened its doors, and she has been along for the ride every single step of the way.

She is truly the backbone of our office—the hardest worker, the ultimate organizer, the one who keeps everything running smoothly, keeps us all in line, leads our amazing team of women, and (most importantly 😉) keeps Dr. Abby on task.

Radiance would not be what it is today without Tara’s dedication, leadership, loyalty, and heart. We are endlessly thankful for her, for the countless things she does behind the scenes, and for the way she shows up every day for our team and our patients.

Help us celebrate Tara and this incredible 8-year milestone—we are so lucky to have you and can’t wait for many more years together! 💫💐

Dr. Emily’s last day in the office will be February 19th. While Cedar Falls may not be her forever home, her heart for serving families and kids through neurological care will always remain. She’s stepping into the next chapter with faith, trusting where God is leading her next — and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

We are incredibly thankful for the time we’ve had with Dr. Emily, the difference she’s made in our office, and the lives she’s touched along the way. She will be deeply missed, but we celebrate her journey and all that’s still to come. 💛

Be sure to stop in and get your hugs and goodbyes in before February 19th — we know she’d love to see you!

I’ve struggled with ADHD for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I was on medication every single day. While it helped manage my symptoms, it never made me feel like myself. I had no appetite, felt disconnected, and if I missed a dose, I felt completely out of control.

When I decided to stop taking medication at 17, I didn’t know how to navigate life without it. I struggled in school, in friendships, and within my family. I was told all the stereotypical things about ADHD, and I truly believed that without medication, this was just how my life was going to be. ADHD affected everything—my focus, impulsivity, emotions, sleep, and overall ability to function—and I felt stuck.

Once I began receiving consistent chiropractic care at Radiance Chiropractic, using Insight scanning and the TRT technique, I started noticing changes I didn’t think were possible for me without medication.

I became less impulsive, better able to process things, and much more regulated emotionally. I could finally wind down at night and feel truly rested. Over time, these changes didn’t just help my ADHD — they positively affected every area of my life.

Chiropractic care gave me hope. Hope that I don’t need to be medicated to function, and that my ADHD doesn’t define me. I am genuinely grateful for this care and can’t imagine going back to life without it. Supporting my nervous system has changed how I show up every day, and it’s something I truly value.
