WOWZA!!! Do we have some exciting news for you ?!?

This week we want to welcome BACK to Balance . Kari has always and always will be a fan favorite. She has graciously offered to help fill some holes . We could not be more excited to have her on the Balance schedule once again! Join Kari on Thursday, October 30th at noon for her first class back!

ALSO we have a NEW addition to the Balance family in . Natascha has been a Balance yogi for a while and fell so in love with yoga she decided to get her teaching certificate. She will be teaching noon with Kara tomorrow, Tuesday, October 28th and teaching solo Wednesday, October 29th at 6:00 pm. Be sure to pop in and check her classes out and give her a good ole fashioned Balance welcome!!

our 7th Balance School of Yoga 200-Hour RYT Training will be held January–March 2026!

Fully certified through Yoga Alliance, this training is designed to help you grow both as a teacher and a student of yoga. Over the course of four incredible weekends, you’ll learn how to lead transformative yoga classes while deepening your own practice.

Since 2017, Margaret and Kara have proudly trained over 65 yoga teachers—and we can’t wait to welcome a new group of future leaders to the Balance family!

into our newly renovated, beautiful studio space
inside FIT Courts on Viking Road!

Starting Monday, September 22 at Noon, all classes will be held at our new/old location.

Here’s everything you need to know:

(Use the main FIT Courts entrance, take a left, and we’re the first door on the right!)

Monthly Autopays & Yearly Members: Use your Brivo access pass door on the left of the building
(same as you’ve been using at FIT on University).

Drop-ins & Punch Pass Users: Please use the outdoor entrance on the right side of the building (under the sign).
