WHY DOES MY BACK KEEP TIGHTENING UP WHEN I STRETCH?

When your back keeps tightening up, it’s usually because your nervous system doesn’t trust the position you’re putting it in.

👋 Help us welcome our new intern, Henry!

Henry is finishing up his senior year at UNI this fall and will be graduating in December. He already has big plans lined up—he’ll be heading to Palmer College of Chiropractic next summer to continue his journey! 🙌

Over the next few months, you’ll see Henry around the office. He’ll be sitting in on some of your appointments to learn as he prepares for chiropractic school.

We’re so excited to have him with us—make sure to say hi when you see him! 👏
