is a professional, locally owned, private specialty practice limited to orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics for adults and youth. Our vision is to provide excellent orthodontic care to the Cedar Valley in a fun, caring and positive environment, creating healthy and attractive smiles for each and every individual. For children age 7 and up, growth guidance and conservative treatment is performed when needed. Early detection can prevent the need for braces later, or intercept a problem that is only detectable to a trained orthodontist. Additionally, we offer comprehensive treatment, limited treatment, and re-treatment to youth and adults. It is never too late to straighten your teeth! :) All exams and consultations with the doctor are complimentary to you, so that you may learn about this important health service and get all of your questions answered.

Thank you, i smile family, for letting us hit “pause” to learn and grow!

When was the last time your boss paid you to go on a retreat!? Here at i smile, it’s an annual tradition! This year we split it into two amazing days. Thank you, Dr. Stiles, for an unforgettable 12th Annual Retreat!

We swam, fished, laughed, and even tackled some impromptu fitness challenges on the splash pad. Sometimes it’s just good to let loose and be kids again!
We also dove into the StrengthsFinder assessment with coach Samantha Dienes, who helped us see ourselves, and each other, with more clarity and strength than ever before.

Taking time to retreat helps us grow together, strengthen our teamwork, and come back re-energized to give YOU the very best care possible!💜
