I received the official word that my cyst was benign. 🩷
And while my doctor felt it was the right call to remove my milk ducts, I’m incredibly grateful we were proactive.

Going through this process has been such a reminder of how incredibly vascular our breasts are. Watching the array of colors shift across my chest as it heals has been… humbling 🙃 The human body truly never stops amazing me.

One of the most meaningful moments? My doctor shared that he was already familiar with my scar tissue work 💗 He asked for my business cards and mentioned that patients who have received this work experienced real relief. I can’t fully express how much that meant.

Thank you to everyone who continues to share my name, trust my work, and support what I do 🥰

Since October, I’ve been using the Ortho-Bionomy® scar technique and impact injury. It’s been a shift toward a more easeful approach — one that feels more in tune with what the body has been asking for. I had a great educational base for scar. However, I'm ecstatic about this gentle and deeper version. 🌷

Some of you are already aware, and I wasn't sure if I was going to share. However, this is me, AND my work!

💕 Today I had a breast lumpectomy 💕

It went really well! 🎉 He took my milk ducts too. He still doesn't think it is cancer, but sent it out for labs. The lump has been pressing on a nerve for over a year so it was time to come out!!

😷 Prepped and Ready 😷
✔️ My Instructor prepped body for surgery with Ortho-Bionomy®
✔️ Worked lymphatic drainage days up to surgery 💦
✔️ EMDR tapping with therapist (from a previous surgery gone bad, but a great tool) 👐
✔️ Day of and night before- I reworked my liver, kidneys and spleen. (Ortho-Bionomy®)
✔️ Prepped my breast for surgery, arm for IV and throat for receiving oxygen (Ortho-Bionomy®) 💉
✔️ After being wheeled back, the anesthesiologist let me work my adrenals and Vagus nerve before hitting the knock out button 🙃😁 Much smoother come back!! 🏥

🌿 It's incredible what you can do to prep the body BEFORE surgery!! You best believe I'm already healing it gently through the binder...and resting 🩷

At 10 years old, I was gifted a calendar of Yellowstone National Park. 📅 I remember gazing at each picture as if it was this surreal place.

🏔️In May, I will be traveling to Yellowstone for my Ortho-Bionomy® residential! I am beyond excited. My spirituality, peace and healing is found in nature. I need it more than ever. Anyone who has learned bodywork, knows that it tends to put you on a healing journey first. ❤️

I laughed last training thinking I did a lot during massage school. Here we go again! Blessed to be able to work with the class ahead of us. They are such a talented group.

Any hiking Yellowstone tips are welcome!! 🥾
