Transcend Mind-Body Wellness is a locally owned holistic wellness clinic dedicated to supporting overall mind and body health. Our services include mental health counseling and medication management, massage therapy, esthetics, infrared sauna sessions, and wellness retail products.
Due to continued growth and changes in staff availability, we are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for fulfilling, morning-based part-time work in a positive and wellness-focused environment.
⚫Schedule & Pay
-$14/hour
-Approximately 20 hours per week
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY:
-Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
-Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
-Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
-Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
-Ability to cover Monday and Saturday mornings as needed (flexible)

⚫Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the front-desk receptionist during scheduled hours
-Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
-Answer phones, respond to client questions, and schedule appointments
-Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks (faxing, paperwork, etc.)
-Perform light cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, organizing spaces)
-Assist with social media content (appearing in or helping create posts)
-Learn and maintain knowledge of all Transcend services to educate clients and support staff
-Complete additional tasks as needed to support daily clinic operations
⚫Qualifications
-Customer service experience preferred
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Positive, motivated, confident, reliable, and punctual
-Interest in health, wellness, and holistic care
-High school diploma or equivalent required
