Here is a sneak peak of us learning the soundbed! It's not on the floor for use just yet, but it's here!!!! Eventually it will be in the Healing Suite. It will bring a vibration sound to the room, but it's low and less distracting than the massage chair motors. :)

Finding some direction amidst the confusion!

gentleGYM was designed for individuals who are trying to manage chronic conditions, in a nutshell. Agape Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy, hand therapy and wellness clinic in The Cedar Valley. We have been working to provide a comprehensive and robust opportunity for our community, to help them feel good and move better. There was a need to do something more than the standard physical therapy, and so the past few years we have been pruining and growing to get us ready for the next chapter. After exploring different options, 2016 brought the confirmation of a location and plan. So the gG was born!

Chronic conditions are often mishandled and are definitely expensive to manage. We trust the gentleGYM is the environment, community, and programming to make changes for this population! We are very excited for you to check it out!
