Welcome to Pinnacle Specialty Care

Pinnacle Specialty Care in Cedar Falls opened its doors in the fall of 2016. The 90-bed skilled nursing facility features one wing dedicated to short term rehab-to-home patients in private rooms. Among its many amenities, the facility features a therapy pool to aid in recovery from surgery and other therapeutic practices.

Administrator Kristi Kremer says the caring environment the staff provide every day is the reason for their success. “Everyone on our staff works diligently to ensure the best care and environment for our residents and their families. It’s our caring staff who make the difference.”

Pinnacle Specialty Care in Cedar Falls received a 5-star ranking throughout 2017 in “Quality Measures” for a skilled nursing facility from the federal government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
