I Am Recovery offers counseling and Outpatient care for addiction recovery in Cedar Hills UT. I Am Recovery offers sober living in Alpine and American Fork and Cedar Hills. Our process is best facilitated through a family friendly environment of hope, love, charity, and trust. We believe in helping each client develop sound, holistic recovery lifestyles including; listening to their inner voice an

d connecting to their higher power. Clients will be learning cognitive distress tolerance through evidenced based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Clients will also have opportunities to engage in healing the soul and body through Mindfulness, Guided Visualization, Yoga, Hiking, and taking care of their bodies with sound nutrition and exercise advice. We believe that healing from the inside out is the fastest and most lasting path of happiness.
