Mat Based Techniques is coming to the office!

New skills for improving body mechanics, methods for compressing, decompressing, and stretching muscles. This is a fusion of various bodywork traditions and principles. It incorporates components from Ashiatsu, Fijian, Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Sports therapy.

This work focuses on understanding the body through kinetic chains, joints, movement, and fascia. Mat based floor sessions can be added on before table massage or received as a full session customized for your body’s needs.
