Dr. Micaela Kennedy earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University and her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut. With experience in both hospital-based and school-based settings, she has worked with patients of all ages and abilities.

Passionate about orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, Dr. Micaela especially enjoys working with runners—helping them stay healthy, recover from injuries, and reach their performance goals. As a runner herself, she understands the physical and mental demands of training and competition.

She’s excited to join the Out of the Box team, where she’s dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualized care that empowers every patient to move and feel their best!
