Today we’re celebrating Kara’s 9-year anniversary with Lakeline Vision Source—and we’re so thankful to have her as part of our team!

Kara is our go-to ASL interpreter and truly wears so many hats. She does an amazing job supporting our deaf community, helping guide dry eye patients through their treatments, and keeping our myopia management patients right on track.

She also helps get patients ready for the doctor, walks through contact lens care, and makes sure everyone leaves seeing their very best.

Another great review.

This is my go to for my eye care needs. It is always superior service. I don’t have a doctor that I see regularly but they all are great. The last one I saw recently was Slaughter with her Intern who was amazing and very knowledgeable. Before that I Saw Dr.K she was awesome always. The front desk and opticians to assist with glasses are always kind and helpful. If you need a great place try them. The service is always quick and the facility is always clean .if you ask me they have the best deals on frames 🤓

Jennifer is celebrating 10 years with Lakeline Vision Source! 🎉

She’s truly our lab queen—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From placing glasses orders and working with vendors to cutting lenses into frames, Jennifer does it all. When things get busy, you’ll find her jumping in on the floor with adjustments and frame styling, and she’s always our go-to for any optical questions or order updates. She also keeps our patients in the loop every step of the way.

Grace is celebrating 5 years with Lakeline Vision Source! 🎉

She’s one of our most often requested opticians—known for her patience and confidence in her work. From checking insurance and troubleshooting issues to adjustments and specializing in our neurovisual patients, Grace truly does it all. You’ll also find her helping on the phones with glasses questions and order statuses.

When she’s not at work, she’s soaking up time with her sweet baby she welcomed at the end of 2025.
