I’m SO excited to share this — the FDA just removed the outdated black box warnings on hormone therapy for menopause! 🙌

For over 20 years, women have been told HRT was “dangerous” or “too risky.” That fear came from a deeply flawed study (the early 2000s Women’s Health Initiative) that was later proven misleading.
