Release Manual Therapy - Joshua Stewart, LMT Welcome. I've been a therapist for 14+ years, working in a variety of different environments and mo My main focus is always to help my clients feel better.

Sometimes that can mean doing a gentle and flowing relaxation massage; many times that involves doing more specific work that entails in depth structural and rehabilitation knowledge. I have a lot of experience in both those areas. I spent 3 years as the Lead Therapist at the world renown Lake Austin Spa Resort, learning, performing, and training other therapists in more than 40 different treatments. I then spent 7 years as the Lead Therapist at one of the top Chiropractic and Wellness Clinics in Austin, where I specialized in structural release, rehabilitation, and pain management. I now live in Leander and run my own business in Cedar Park
I have an innate understanding for speaking with the body using a large variety of techniques and knowledge, and look forward to helping you reach your health and body goals.
