People often say you “Caught a Cold.” This is far from the actual truth. We all get sick at some point in our life, but it’s not because someone ‘made us sick.’ We add more and more to the body’s plate. Most of it, from what we choose to consume on a daily basis. A majority of sickness often come after holidays. Most holidays are geared around food and there seems to be at least one big holiday celebrated every single month. This is typically the tipping point for the body.
What does being sick have to do with food? We are literally what we eat. So if we eat inflammatory grains, cooked meats, deserts, chips, snacks, packaged products that contain fillers and flavorings, etc, this causes our body to create mucus which fills up areas of the body like the lungs, sinuses, the lymphatic system, vital organs like the liver and kidneys, and especially the intestines which is where all this food passes through.
I have cleaned my body out more this year than any other year I have been alive and it’s only April! I feel the best I have ever felt and see my body changing in so many amazing ways. It takes consistency and hard work, but I am far from perfect. Every disease and illness I have seen patients come in with originates in the gut. The only thing going through the intestines is what we put in our mouth. We Are What We Eat!!! (I am halfway through that documentary on Netflix as of last night when I started it). It’s good to remind ourselves how important food and exercise are. If it’s your goal to die early and suffer the last decade or more in life, then go ahead and eat however you want and do not worry about exercise. But most people in their late stages of life cannot reverse what they did when they eventually want to. The damage is done by then.
So the time is NOW!!! We live in a world that is far more toxic than it has ever been and I don’t see it changing anytime soon. Our body’s are resilient, until we beat them up more than they can handle. There is always a tipping point for what we do. You cannot take your health for granted. It is the most important thing you have. What else is more valuable or important to you??? There is nothing. So why do the majority not prioritize their health? Mostly because we are brainwashed into thinking we can do whatever we want and there is always a drug, surgery or a doctor out there to “fix us.” WRONG!!!!
Be Proactive.Be Consistent. Put in the Work. Clean so the body can repair itself. It is impossible for our body to repair under pressure. So if you want to fix anything, you have to clean first. The deeper I clean, the older the trash is that comes out. I am now seeing garbage that is up to 30 years old come out of my body. People really have no idea what they accumulate. It’s ridiculously disgusting. Everyone should see for themselves. So before the summer is upon us, set some goals and put forth some effort to clean. Re-evaluate and raise the bar down the road. If you mess up, get back on track and clean up what you added to your body!
