As 2025 exits and 2026 enters let’s focus on the wins and things we have to be grateful for rather than the losses and hurts.

For 2026, let’s focus on growing ourselves, loving ourselves, our families, and our neighbors while being present in the moment rather than living in fear or fearing the what ifs.

Let’s begin the process of moving out of a constant state of survival mode and move toward thriving when thinking of New Year’s resolutions or goals.
