JANUARY 24 - THE DEEP RESTORE - 6:30-7:30p Studio on Third. Enjoy a combo of slow flow movement, supportive restorative poses, and a wind-down Nidra all by candlelight. No experience needed - a great way to reset the body and brain in the new year. Register at the link in the comments, but pay on-site: $20 exact cash or $21 Venmo/CC. Quick announcement! For events held by Everybody Bend Yoga at The Studio on Third, a minimum of four (4) people are needed to run the event. Events will be cancelled two days before the event if that number isn’t met. Students will be text messaged and emailed if a class is cancelled for low enrollment or any other reason. The cancellation days are listed below. Sign up early and bring your friends so you can enjoy relaxing classes with Everybody Bend Yoga! Stay safe and warm out there. ⛄️

On Tuesday, December 16th at 5pm, join Amy for Reiki infused guided meditation for release.
