We admire your and your child's willingness to show up, be vulnerable, and do the hard work. Respecting pronouns is more than an act of kindness—it's su***de prevention.

The Trevor Project’s 2021 National Survey of LGBTQ Youth Mental Health found that transgender and nonbinary youth who reported having pronouns respected by the people they lived with attempted su***de at almost half the rate of those who did not.
