Carelinks ABA is an in-home and community-based ABA therapy provider throughout the state of Iowa. We offer compassionate care with an emphasis on a child-led and play-based approach. Our goal is to help children achieve their full potential, while empowering their families with the tools to help them succeed. 💙 Welcome to the Carelinks family, Veronica! 💙
We’re so excited to welcome Veronica, BCBA, to our team! Veronica became a BCBA in 2021 and brings 7 years of hands-on experience as a BT and RBT. She has worked across a wide range of settings—including public and private schools, group homes, clinics, and in-home services—giving her a well-rounded, compassionate approach to care!

Her passion for the field began personally, inspired by her younger brother’s autism diagnosis. Originally from Connecticut, Veronica relocated to Nebraska in 2023 and continues to make a meaningful impact on the families she serves. We’re thrilled to have her expertise, heart, and dedication at Carelinks!!

Please help us welcome Tommy Burriel, Carelinks’ Training and Operations Coordinator! We’re excited to have him join our team and support our staff and community through training, leadership, and passion for ABA.

“My name is Tommy Burriel. I am coming to Carelinks with over 10 years of experience in special education, behavior analytics, operations development, and training development. I am excited to begin my journey with Carelinks, supporting our community and staff with my knowledge and passion for ABA. I have an MS in ABA and have found my passion in training and developing RBTs so that they feel confident, motivated, supported, and heard throughout their careers. I’ve enjoyed helping others shine through their work as RBTs and helping build a culture of support and a willingness to always adapt where needed. “I have been with Carelinks since July of 2025, and I truly enjoy being part of a company that prioritizes empowering not only clients, but their families as well. What I love most about Carelinks is the focus on supporting individuals in their homes and communities and helping families feel confident, involved, and supported every step of the way. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing the progress the kiddos make and watching them learn and grow!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children (our daughter, who is 2, and our son, who is 4). We love creating special memories together and making the most of these important early years of their childhood.”
