🎃 It was a happy Halloween! 🎃

🧹 “The broomsticks are flying” 🧹 The kiddos were out trick-or-treating and we loved their costumes, our staff showed out with their best spooky fun costumes, and we ventured out to the Marion Police Department to join their trick or treating event! Thank you Officers 👮‍♀️ for terrific time🍬 We had a spooktacular day! 👻

🦇 The 2nd Spooky House of our Halloween Week Bus Tours 🦇

We loved this haunted house and the Jack and a Box 📦 scared the bejesus out us 😬 from spooky witches, skeletons, and clowns 🤡 we were in the Halloween spirit! BOO 👻

We’re so proud of our Sales Director, Sara, who partnered with Melissa from the Family Caregivers Center of Mercy to share a presentation on Dementia Friendly practices with the Marion Police Department (Iowa) 💜

Their dedication helped the department earn recognition as the first in the state to become Dementia Friendly — a truly meaningful milestone!

This effort will help build a more understanding, compassionate community for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. We’re grateful for partnerships that make a difference.

💀”Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and cauldron bubble”💀

We took the residents on a spooky scenic drive! We headed to one of our residents daughter house to see her frightening Halloween display 👻 the display was super fun and frightful and we all enjoyed getting in the Halloween spirit! To top it off we baked pumpkin spice cookies, and they were the perfect snack for our festive day🎃

👻 Trunk-Or-Treat 👻

CountryHouse Residence Annual Trunk-Or-Treat was a fantastic success 🕷️ The community showed up with the best costumes and we loved seeing all the spooky outfits. We also loved seeing families of our residents come and show their support, having the residents & families participate was a true moment of joy! 🎃

🕷️👻 CountryHouse Halloween Tree 👻 🕷️

We made our very own Halloween Tree!🌲 From our handcrafting our own ornaments to spray painting the tree Halloween black to adding purple lights we designed our first ever Halloween Tree 🦇

The residents had a spooky time crafting and loved seeing the tree lit up! 💡

🎸🕺 We put on our Blue Suede Shoes and had a rockin’ good time! King Bruce brought the house down with classic Elvis hits, and residents, families, and guests were all shook up! Of course, we enjoyed some of Elvis’ favorite snacks too — a truly unforgettable day! 🎶💛
