We just wrapped up our YogaOne Panama Retreat at the beautiful Sansara Surf and Yoga Resort 🌴✨

Sansara held a beautiful space for our community. With yoga overlooking the Pacific Ocean, nourishing meals, gentle adventures, massages, and amazing accommodations, everything invited us to slow down, drop in, and simply be together.

Our days were filled with yoga by the ocean, surfing, bird watching, tide-pool adventures, sunset cruises, beach walks, reading in hammocks, shared laughter, and meaningful connections with new friends.

Thank you, Sansara, for holding such beautiful space for our group to restore, replenish, and reconnect for the week. We’re already looking forward to returning in 2027 💜
