We are located in Cedarhurst, NY and offer about 20 weekly classes, private yoga and Thai yoga sessions, yoga parties, special events, and yoga spas, licensed massage therapy, yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance recognized), workshops, lectures, a weekly meditation circle, and more.
