🎄 Christmas Joy at Memory Care Lane!

Memory Care Lane had a truly wonderful Christmas. The joy our residents shared was absolutely heartwarming, and it was made possible by the incredible people who poured their time, love, and generosity into making the season special.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who played a part in creating such a magical Christmas for our residents. Polk Hospital continues to step up most beautifully, showing up and showing out for our community year after year.
