I am SUPER excited to announce the release of Starr Stuck, a stained glass rendition of the original Starrt Up!! This one also has the extras to help beginners learn foundation paper piecing, such as extended sew lines. Cues for directional fabrics help experienced piecers add another design element. The dark lines of the stained glass design are quite possibly my favorite part because they ease the process of putting the units together! I am excited to see what y'all will do with this one!!

Come learn paper piecing, ask all your questions, sew along, or just come hang out with me and Corey!! We will be doing a live sew along with my pattern, “Little Witchy” every Tuesday at 6:00 pm from the week of Halloween to a certain movie release! Start date is October 28! This pattern is free with the purchase of “Little Hot Air,” which is available on the Starr Lane Quilting website. Keep your eye out for kits that will be sold at Linda’s!

This pic took exactly 4 people and 10 minutes to get. I am so thankful to have the kind of friends that jump in to help with a second photo shoot just because I wanted to try one with this beautiful sunset. It’s a memory that just adds to all the sentimentality a quilt can hold. As a good friend put it, Lupa found her way home.
