Lisa Green is our October employee of the month!

Lisa is an RA (Resident Aide) on our assisted living at Celina Care Community. She is from Celina and still resides here with her grandson, Hayden and dog, Buddy. Lisa enjoys spending her spare time crafting and making the world a better place. She decided to become an RA because she enjoys spending time with the residents and loves the family-like atmosphere of the facility. Lisa had multiple nominations due to her positive and bubbly mood, her kindness, and her willingness to help anyone who needs it! Help us congratulate Lisa as our October employee of the month! 🎉

Samantha Woods is our September employee of the month!

Samantha is a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant). She is from Van Wert and still resides there with her husband Dillan and her two dogs. Samantha graduated in 2019 from Rhodes State College and started at The Gardens at Celina in 2021. She decided to become a COTA because she enjoys helping people regain their independence through fun and functional daily activities. She enjoys seeing the residents progress in functional activities that are valuable to them. Samantha had multiple nominations due to her creative treatments and her willingness to always go above and beyond! Help us congratulate Samantha as our September employee of the month!

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Vaporox Inc! Vaporous Hyperoxia Therapy (VHT) in chronic wound management contributes to improving healing rates and reducing treatment duration. We are eager to provide excellent wound therapy to improve our clinical outcomes and quality of care of our residents.

Case Study Outcome:
A 61-year-old patient presented with a 1-year-old calcinosis cutis wound after 10+months of failed treatments-including debridement, grafting, and compression.
After 33 treatments with Vaporox, the wound reached full closure-despite recurrent infections, multiple comorbidities, and inconsistent patient compliance. Please see the progress of closure below:
