“Before starting care, Ben was struggling with reflux. It started around 3 months and never seemed to get better, even after his pediatrician put him on reflux medicine. He would spit up after every feeding and all throughout the day. It would even come out of his nose at times, making his days uncomfortable. His reflux was also waking him up at night.”

This is all the pressure we use on babies 👶

The same amount you’d use to test if a fruit is ripe. We’re not cracking, popping, or twisting anything. Baby adjustments are not just smaller versions of adult adjustments.

Their delicate little nervous systems are growing rapidly and working to make new connections every second! It is so important to honor this system and allow for proper communication, allowing them to thrive!

Most babies sleep right through their adjustments or just look around curiously. This is safe, gentle, and specific.

Here’s what we want every parent to know:
Birth is hard on tiny bodies. Even smooth, “easy” births put pressure on delicate necks and spines. That tension can affect sleep, digestion, nursing, head shape, and the way they develop.

A gentle adjustment removes that interference so their body can work the way it’s supposed to. When their nervous system functions optimally, everything else can fall into place.

The one thing blocking your body’s ability to heal itself

Here’s what we see every day: When there’s interference in your nervous system - what we call a subluxation - it’s like having static on a phone line. Your brain is trying to send healing messages to every cell in your body, but something’s blocking the signal.

Before coming to True Light Chiropractic, this mom’s 8-week-old was struggling with a bloated, gassy tummy, a shallow latch, and frequent spit-up throughout the day.
