The IonCleanse by AMD plays well with other modalities. We often get asked what order you should do them in. When pairing with another modality (or multiple) we always recommend that the IonCleanse should be the final step.

So if you wanted to use an infrared sauna and do an IonCleanse session on the same day, for example, we would recommend using the sauna first followed by the IonCleanse. The thinking here is that other modalities typically help stir up toxins, and the IonCleanse is the only device that acts like a “pull.”
